Shipping Policy

Shipping Fees & Charges

Australian orders: 

Standard shipping fee is $8 

Express shipping fee is $12

Free shipping is available for purchases over $100 (for regular shipping only)


International orders: 

Standard International Shipping Fee is $24

International orders are subject to longer shipping times than our Standard Domestic Dispatch and Shipping Time Frames. 


Order Processing

When your purchase is complete, order processing and dispatch will occur within 5 business days. During seasonal and heightened sales periods, please allow for extended order processing and dispatch times. Please note that all shipping time frames are from the date of dispatch, not the date that your order is made.

Pre-order Items

Pre-Order: These are items that are not currently in stock, however they are available to purchase in advance. As we will be producing these items for you, in the size you require, payment will be required to be taken in advance.

Please note that product availability is not guaranteed, as production can be subject to external factors that may be outside of our control. In this unlikely case, you will, of course, be refunded.

As mentioned above, payment will be taken upon placing the order. The items will then be processed for delivery once the pre-ordered product has arrived at our warehouse facilities.

Shipping Time Frames

All items that are shipped from within Australia and shipping timeframes vary subject to delivery locations. An indicative shipping time frame in Australia is 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.

There may be delays to these indicative delivery time frames, which are beyond our control, including but not limited to: COVID-19 and seasonal shipping demand. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by events outside of our control.


Shipping Disclaimer

Your order will be delivered to the shipping address you specify at the time of purchase. I’m Vaxxed is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or inaccurate addresses. Should this occur, I’m Vaxxed will not be able to send you another parcel as a replacement or make a refund.

In the event that a parcel is returned to I’m Vaxxed for various reasons including but not limited to, non-payment of fees, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, you will need to email us to  arrange redelivery. Any redelivery postage costs are payable by the customer.

I’m Vaxxed is not responsible for lost or stolen product parcels that are delivered to the address and left on your property in a designated or assumed safe place by the delivery person. In the event of the product parcel being lost or stolen, you should contact the transport courier or local postage authority for a resolution. If the parcel arrived at the delivery address and subsequently became lost or stolen, I’m Vaxxed will not be responsible or required to send you another product parcel or process a product refund.

Refund Policy

Due to the charitable nature of our products, our items are not eligible for returns or refunds. They are only eligible for exchanges if they are faulty or damaged. All sales are final. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Return shipping costs will be at the cost of the customer.


I’m Vaxxed does not take responsibility for sizing issues. Please review the sizing charts before purchasing.


To start a return, please email I’m Vaxxed. Provide us with your receipt or order reference number, photo of the item/s and the reasons for refund or exchange. 

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. 



We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less shipping fees, except in the case of a damaged product which will receive a full refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.


A portion of each I’m Vaxxed sale will be donated directly to an Australian not-for-profit fund, Links of Hope in Papua New Guinea. No portion of the purchase price is tax-deductible.


Links of Hope is a non-for-profit organization committed to delivering programs that have a lasting and life transforming impact on those living impacted by HIV and the communities in which they live. By provide care packages, school uniforms, supplies for children and much more.
